Sospesa tra materia e vuoto, natura e artificio, la scultura instaura un dialogo di tensione ed equilibrio tra i blocchi di granito dell’Adamello e la curva in acciaio Corten. L’elemento metallico, affilato e sospeso, incarna un vettore di energia trattenuto nella morsa della pietra, in una composizione che unisce precisione formale e forza primordiale. Il contrasto tra la geometria essenziale del metallo e la superficie grezza della pietra esalta il conflitto fertile tra la matrice geologica e l’intervento contemporaneo.

L’opera si regge su un equilibrio apparente, in cui il senso di stabilità è continuamente sfidato da una tensione latente. Gravità e compressione diventano metafore della condizione umana: un sistema dinamico in cui ogni elemento sembra al limite, ma necessario all’altro. La spirale aurea struttura il tutto, suggerendo un ordine interno che nasce dall’interazione vitale tra gli opposti.

Il peso della pietra si contrappone all’estensione del Corten e alla sua curvatura calcolata. Non è un equilibrio statico, ma un continuo processo di adattamento e tensione, in cui forma e significato si fondono in una sintesi potente ed essenziale.

Suspended between matter and void, nature and artifice, the sculpture establishes a dialogue of tension and balance between the granite blocks of the Adamello and the curved element in Corten steel. The metallic form, sharp and suspended, embodies a vector of energy held within the grip of stone, in a composition that unites formal precision with primordial force. The contrast between the essential geometry of the metal and the rough surface of the stone enhances the fertile conflict between geological origin and contemporary intervention.

The work rests on an apparent equilibrium, where the sense of stability is constantly challenged by latent tension. Gravity and compression become metaphors for the human condition: a dynamic system in which every element seems on the edge, yet necessary to the other. The golden spiral governs the overall structure, suggesting an inner order born from the vital interaction of opposites.

The weight of the stone opposes the reach of the Corten and its calculated curvature. This is not a static balance, but a continuous process of adaptation and tension, in which form and meaning merge into a powerful and essential synthesis.
